Payment methods

Payment by Debit or Credit Card:
The online store of the company OPTIKA POULLELIS accepts all credit cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express, as it uses the onLine systems of Piraeus Bank and Paypal. Your transactions in our online store are protected by top online security systems that guarantee a secure trading environment. For purchases with your credit card, follow the instructions given to you by Piraeus Bank or Paypal.
Cash on delivery – Payment upon receipt of the order at your place:
Pay the employee of our company or Courier, with the delivery of your order at your place. The cash on delivery method is FREE for Mytilene and Kalloni and at a very low cost (depending on the weight) for all of Greece.
By deposit in a bank account:
Prepaid your order in one of our bank accounts that will be sent to you by e-mail after your order and send us a copy of the bank payment order to email poulop1961@gmail.com or fax 22510 28893. Upon receipt of the copy of the bank payment order, we send you your order.
* In case of bank transfer from another bank, the amount of the bank fee charged to the customer is 3.00 €
* FOR PAYMENTS FROM ABROAD, the available payment methods are: 1) Piraeus Bank or Paypal, 2) Deposit in a bank account.
Receipt and payment of your order in our company’s store:
In the final stage of completing the order, select “Receipt from store” in the Shipping Method. Your order will remain in our store. The payment of the order will be made at the cash register of the store upon receipt. In case you choose to pay for your order with a credit card, we inform you that the charge will be made at the store. You must have your credit card and ID (or passport) with you when paying for the order at the store checkout.
Orders over € 500 for individuals and over € 1500 for businesses:
According to the current tax provisions, from 03.01.2012 vouchers worth more than € 500 to individuals (Retail Receipt) and vouchers worth more than € 1,500 to professionals / companies (Sales Invoice) should be paid ONLY in the following ways:
• Deposit / transfer to a bank account
• Debit on your credit or debit card
