Product damage

It is recommended to the customers of the online store when they receive products in glass packages and they have been damaged, cracked, or completely destroyed then they should contact the courier company within 24 hours from the time of receipt. To compensate for any damage, the products must not be removed from the package and delivered exactly as received by the courier company within 24 hours.
